good order -yeap i am neat.. and i can't stand roomates who are messy [and yes that means you kaiwen haha..]
practical with their hands- yeah i draw, craft, play piano, sew, etc
perfectionist- mmmm... not sure bout that o_o"
punctual- that is so true. I'm patient, but i won't stand someone being more than 30 minutes late [and YES that means you, eddy izuwan and randy tan]
careful with money- I know the value of money and will not be wasting them.

My hobbies are drawing, reading, crafting, playing the piano, gaming [sadly, Gunz is blocked in MMU],etc.
I love chocolates [like charlene] and ice blended mocha [though too pricy to have often :(] My affordable favourite drink is 100 PLUS! [ask eddy or charlene] It has low sugar content and so refreshing [launch into advertising mode]
Basically, i love japanese animation [anime], japanese comics [manga], j-pop and j-rock, japanese cultures etc 8D.
Which explains why i joined EMINA and JCS.
